What will you be doing?

• Provide administrative support and assistance to program chair(s), faculty, and the division office as needed, including but not limited to making copies, scheduling, correspondence, travel arrangements, and mileage reimbursements.
• Maintain departmental files and coordinate various departmental initiatives
• Organize department meetings
• Track inventory
• Customer service
• Other clerical duties as assigned
