Manpower Hiring For Functional Analyst | Contract at Singapore Full Time

Job Scope:

• Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements
• Contribute to the development of functional strategy
• Oversee the day-to-day management of all functional areas of system analysis, including functional design and testing activities.
• Liaise with stakeholders to understand needs and gather system requirements with the purpose of improving business efficiency and productivity
• Oversee the translation of requirements gathered into system requirement specifications.

Job Qualifications:

• Degree in IT, Business, or any related discipline
• With minimum 5 years’ experience in business analyst
• Knowledge in functional, workflow, Integration and basic UI design
• Able to analyze business requirements and transform requirements to system designs & validate system solutions with technical teams and to create design artefacts/deliverables
• Experience in test management and testing strategy
• Experience in business processes related design work
• Basic understanding of IT system architecture, system interfaces so to ensure overall design decisions is as per high level system architecture
• Effective in collaborating with technical team to explain functional requirements in both business and technical manners
