What will you be doing?

• For assigned client group(s), coaches line managers on the application of core policies and processes, organizational development, and positive employee relations.
  • Counsel managers and supervisors on HR policies, procedures, compensation and benefit programs, disciplinary actions and laws to ensure consistent treatment of all employees
  • Handles all complaints in a timely and effective manner, assures responsiveness to employee concerns.
  • Gathers and analyzes HR and client feedback and diagnoses business / people issues to partner with HR Manager in developing and implementing solutions.
  • Supports the HR Manager in organization design, people development and change management focused on development and implementation of activities supporting business strategy.
  • Develops business acumen and understanding of client groups in order to develop appropriate solutions.
  • Provides HR solutions support, process knowledge, advice and consultation to management.
  • Manage specific projects as determined in the HR planning process, and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Policy and procedural design, development, and implementation.
  • Act as initial point of contact for employees for basic HR policies and processes

What do you bring?

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience required, preferably in manufacturing environment
  • Experience developing and implementing HR policies and guidelines
