Shift: 1st shift

Shift Scheduled time: 8am-8pm

Location: LoveLady, Texas and surrounding areas

Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that all product received and produced meet the quality specifications established both internally and by outside regulatory agencies.

The QC roll had 4 main components.

• 
  Inspection
• 
  Hourly measurements of each line and reporting through the NCM
• 
  OD
• 
  Visual – including print line.
• 
  Wall when passable
• 
  Sample retains.
• 
  Finish product inspection (self-driven)
• 
  Inspection of finished good.
• 
  OD
• 
  Wall
• 
  Print line
• 
  Packaging
• 
  Operator/ superiors/ and QA Tech, verify dimension visual and print line at beginning of run.
• 
  Testing
• 
  Daily production testing per Atkore Control Plane
  
• Uses Electronic quality document require production testing per size per line.
• 
  Compliance
• 
  Annual calibration, Schedule and maintain ( QA Manager)
• 
  Lab equipment
  
• Weekly validation
• 
  Mic
• 
  Pipe tape
• 
  Save document to DMS( teams sight)
• 
  Production support and train
• 
  Validate quality questions for productions.
• 
  Train basic measurement tools
• 
  Containment suspect material and validate rework or scrape.

Additional task:

Support root cause review of quality issue

Keeping Plant management and Director of engineering informed of plant quality.

Support customer service for testing and review.
