Manpower Hiring For Sales Administrator | Contract at Singapore Full Time

Job Scope:

• Provide administrative and sales support
• Handling clearance of defect and Open-Box Failure units via broker sales bidding, invoicing and manages delivery/logistics arrangement
• Keeping records of broker sales retention in accordance with company guidelines
• Invoice processing for regular and ad-hoc payments
• Providing daily administrative support to the General Manager (GM)
• Submitting and keeping records of expenses claimed
• Maintaining the security of the GM’s records and files

Job Qualifications:

• Diploma in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales and administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and administrative work
• Self-motivated, meticulous, organized and a good team player
