Manpower Hiring for Service Dispatcher at Crystal City, MO Full Time

Manpower is in search of an experienced dispatcher to join our company in Crystal City, MO! This is a first shift, temp-to-hire position with the salary starting at $35,000/year! The ideal associate for this position needs to be highly organized, detail oriented and have excellent customer service skills. Would prefer someone who is very familiar with the Jefferson County, MO area.

The Dispatcher will be responsible for maintaining the Service Technicians daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed. In charge of scheduling return trips with customers when parts are in. Maintaining the on call schedule for service technicians, as well as maintaining the database with all current customer information. Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees and company customers, including keeping customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead-times.
