Responsibilities for Caterer

Attend morning meetings

Coordinate with kitchen manager for the day’s orders

Participate and oversee the production of menu items

Ensure quality of final product meets or exceeds standards

Package all food for safe and secure transportation

Insure proper use and rotation of perishable goods

Generate inventory reports for kitchen manager

Ensure all staff are adhering to safety and health regulations

Other duties assigned

Qualifications for Caterer

Previous experience in kitchen environments

Firm understanding of basic baking and cooking protocol

Ability to follow detailed directions without error

Familiarity with industrial kitchen equipment

Comfortable overseeing a team

Ability to work as a team

Ability to drive to work safely and efficiently

Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays
