A Cloud based SaaS business are now looking for a Lead Software Engineer. Reporting into the CEO you will be highly motivated to lead a highly competent but small team of software professionals. Given they are largely self managed your role will be to work alongside them on deadlines and set the strategic direction for the team

The Job:

• Scale up a platform that delivers operational data services to over 25,000 users globally.
• Be responsible for optimizing Agile approach to reach best possible technical outcomes.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary team in a high growth industry ensuring alignment to overall company objectives and outcomes.

Have you:

• Very strong technology strategy, including cloud architecture and security?
• 3y+ heavy experience with statically typed languages and Cloud?
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills?
