Currently, ManTech is seeking a Product Support Integration Manager to manage the staff supporting the collaboration with the system matter expert to ensure performance requirements for R&D experiments are met. Candidate must have a broad background in the physical sciences. Work locations include Kihei, HI and the Maui Space Surveillance Complex on Haleakala. This effort will provide support for operations and equipment maintenance to ensure continuity of operations at Air Force Maui Optical and Supercomputing Site (AMOS) for data collection, development, and demonstration of ground-based optical Space Domain Awareness (SDA) technologies, such as characterization and identification of space objects, and support post-test and operational data processing, analysis, dissemination, and archival to meet customer data needs and other SDA commitments to operational customers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in managing mid-size technical groups.

• Undergraduate in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, EO, or related discipline.

Security Clearance Requirements:

• A current Top Secret with SCI eligibility security clearance is required.

• Please note: Many of our positions require the ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance. Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens. In addition, candidates who accept a conditional offer of employment may be subject to government security investigation(s) and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Physical Requirements:

• Requires travel up to 10%; ability to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time; ability to move around inside an office and in field sites ability to operate a computer and other office machinery such as copy machine and computer printer; occasionally ascend/descend a ladder and or stairs to access work areas; ability to complete repeating motions that may include wrists, hands and or fingers; ability to communicate frequently with customers and coworkers with ability to exchange accurate information in these situations; ability to see words and graphics on computer screens and in printed paper documents
