Maple Logistic Solutions is currently hiring for Customer Service Representative.

Positions Available: Full Time – 1st Shift

1st Shift: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Customer Service Representative Requirements & Duties:

Assist customers in various ways, including processing orders, resolving customer issues, and answering questions. The position requires the ability to effectively handle multiple internal and external customer inquiries and/or concerns in a courteous and professional manner. A strong work ethic, as well as a positive team player attitude is essential for success in this fast paced business environment. Cross-training on all office jobs will be required.

Preferred knowledge & experience:

• Intrapersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks
• Computer skills
• Phone skills
• Attention to detail
• Time management

Must be at least the age of 18

We are issuing a one-time “gas” bonus of $250 to each employee who has been employed full time at Maple Press or Maple Logistics Solutions for at least six full months.
