Maravilla Santa Barbara Hiring for Caregiver-Maravilla at Santa Barbara, CA Full Time

We are offering a $1,000 Sign-On Bonus as follows:

• $250 at 90 days
• $250 at 6 months
• $500 at 1 year

We are looking for compassionate and committed adults who have a desire to become a member of the best caregiving team in Santa Barbara!

For over 30 years, Senior Resource Group-SRG has been an innovator in the development and operation of senior living communities across the USA. Our experience and passion has helped us win many awards for innovative community design, excellent service and exceptional care.

• Respond to resident needs promptly and kindly. We will train the right candidates that have the heart to serve others
• Assist residents in their daily living activities (bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, etc.)
• Transport residents as necessary assisting them into and out of bed, wheelchairs.
• Listen to the amazing stories our residents have
• Work with a care team to provide the best care and environment possible.

• Any caregiving experience is great but not required!
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Additional Information

Full-time overnight/NOC schedule and wage:

11pm-7am. Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday

• $17.00/hour -or-$18.00/hour if current C.N.A. $1/hour differential for Saturday/Sunday shifts.

Full-time evening schedule and wage:

• 3PM-11PM, OR 3PM-9PM. Tuesday – Saturday, Thursday – Monday
• $16.00/hour-or-$17.00/hour if current C.N.A. $1/hour differential for Saturday/Sunday shifts.

Full-time day shift schedule and wage:

• 7AM-3PM. Thursday – Monday
• $16.00/hour-or-$17.00/hour if current C.N.A. $1/hour differential for Saturday/Sunday shifts.
