109457BRTitle:Regional ManagerJob Description: The REGIONAL MANAGER will support, develop and enhance the Hybrid Model pilot on the Target Tech Program. The incumbent will be responsible for training retail sales employees to improve efficiencies and execute company strategic initiatives that focus on driving sales performance. He/she will also be the point of contact for both MarketSource headquarters, and the client relative to the progress of the pilot.
Essential Functions
Monitor and analyze Pilot store business results.
Maintain regular open communication with team to discuss business updates and/or current initiatives.
Establish individual performance objectives in partnership with the District and Area Managers.
Establishes an environment of excellent client communications in context and cadence.
Shares best practices with others to drive sales, operational excellence and client satisfaction.
Works closely with other company departments to ensure staffing levels optimized and talent acquisition opportunities identified.
Collaborates with L & D for opportunities to improve development and training while improving guest/client experience.
Partners with leadership on growth and expansion schedule to ensure objectives realized.
Serves as proxy (until position filled) for open positions within the pilot locations.
Visits each region on a regular basis
Supervisory or Management Responsibility/Decision Making Level
Complete full analysis on Pilot performance and report results to senior leadership
Deliver Monthly Business Reviews to Senior Management and/or the Client
Observe, evaluate and provide timely feedback regarding pilot status.
Communicates client & MarketSource objectives to Region.
Minimum Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or related field required.
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a retail sales environment.
Requisite Abilities and/or Skills
Must have a proven track record of success in sales management and leading others.
Demonstrated leadership, motivational and organizational skills.
Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
Proficient in MS Office and any other necessary platforms related to the job.
Additional Job Requirements
Ability to travel approximately 50%-75% of time in market with some overnight stays and/pr airline travel necessary.
Performs additional job duties as assigned.
Participates in various company groups or committees requested.
