About the Partner Success Representative:

Location: US Remote
What will you do?
- Manage reseller experience and activity with the goal of growing the reseller expertise around client product programs
- Train Partners in Modern Solutions
- Proactively engage with resellers through phone, email and other communication channels
- Oversee and continue management of the partner journey with the reseller space
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly targets for activity and reseller ‘graduation’
- Profile and manage partner resellers through strategic relationship management
- Provide reporting and progress updates on reseller activity, updates, and future initiatives
- Manage partner enablement and business planning to drive partner success
- Ensure all business processes and policies are followed with precision, including systems use, sales methodology, and communication standards
Skills & Qualifications:
- Understanding of hardware channel sales, relationship management, customer experience, or other transferrable experience
- Experience in a channel sales motion driving relationship management and consultative engagements
- Ability to succeed in a quota-driven, client-focused team sales environment.
- Ability to adapt to change, learn quickly, and perform with strong business acumen.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have a passion for technology and the value it brings to company organizations
- Understanding of the complex technical solutions and able to explain and manage discussions around them
- Ability to manage conversations with multiple levels of contacts within associated organizations
- History of managing deadlines and tight execution of action items
