WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Ensure that the betting content offered is as attractive as can be and covers our customers’ needs.
• Working alongside our Partners in order to achieve the maximum Customer Lifetime Value.
• Responsible for tailoring offers for different regions and partners.
• Act as an internal escalation point to internal/external stakeholders with sports-specific queries.
• Create Terms and Conditions for offers, while ensuring complete compliance in every region/country.
• Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to constantly innovate and improve pricing and Risk Management Product.
• Responsible for updating internal/external stakeholders on the performance of Sports by composing and distributing reports with a high degree of analysis and insights.
• Making recommendations to improve overall profitability through bet limits, customer profiling and bet delays.

WHAT YOU’LL ESSENTIALLY NEED:

• Strong understanding of sports betting products and operations.
• Previous betting/sportsbook experience.
• An eye for detail and a true passion for sport is essential
• Customer focused mindset with knowledge of player acquisition and retention.
• Demonstrate a team player attitude.
• Capable of taking ownership and managing workloads.
• Knowledge of MS Office programs (particularly MS Excel) and reporting skills.
• Liaise and manage relationships with multiple partners and Sports data providers.
• Flexible working hours required, weekends and evenings, in line with the Sporting events calendar.
