• Manage re-branding and renovation project phases, acting as Owner’s Representative and support.
• Review of Renovation Budget and Hotel Pre-opening Budget together with Finance Controller/Owner’s Representative
• Conduct the RFP process (exclude Contractors), assessment of service contracts and appointments of all Consultants for the renovation project.
• Main contact for Owner to communicate with Project Team including Project Manager, Consultants and Operator.
• Participate in regular project meetings together with the Project Manager, Consultants and Operator to monitor project timelines and work-in-progress.
• Review of the Architects Drawing VS Approved Tender Documents, to make sure for Compliance with Government Regulations, Delivery Specifications based on Approved Tender Documents.
• Attend to project action items required by Owner including during Design, Tender, Renovation, Mock-up Room Review, Procurement, Rectification of defects, Preopening phase to Hotel Opening.
• Provide recommendations and approvals where required for the project.
• Hotel Pre-opening plan and budget review.
