The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for assisting with daily routine tasks such as entering customer’s online orders, processing customer return and exchange paperwork, running reports to organize and clear out older orders, and researching inventory or system discrepancies.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Learning the military products we sell
• Assigning incoming product to customer backorders
• Researching discrepancies between the management software and physical inventory
• Managing reports and maintaining the inventory software as requested
• Other duties as assigned

• Computer proficiency especially in Word and Excel

Additional Notes

The Data Entry Clerk will be in an office setting with shifting of daily responsibilities depending on company and position needs that day. The Data Entry Clerk will spend most days at a desk, but will occasionally need to leave their workspace to locate items or orders in que. The Data Entry Clerk will report to their Supervisor, but will be responsible for learning to manage some of their day to day responsibilities. The Data Entry Clerk has no direct reports. Pay: $15.00 – $16.50 per hour
