Administrative Assistant (Hourly Employee)

We are a busy rapidly growing Internet based company looking for remote employees.

We operate on Eastern standard Time. We operate differently than most. We don’t tolerate drama or toxicity in our workplace. There are no office politics, and never will be.

We do not give time sensitive raises or evaluations. We work on a basis of continual training and benchmarks that are individually tailored to each person. Every benchmark that is met equals a raise in pay.

Job Duties:

• Answer Phone with a professional upbeat tone
• Create jobs on our project management software
• Schedules jobs according to company procedures
• Move project from outgoing to associated completed folder in Google drive
• Be open to change in a rapidly growing online/remote company
• Learn and use company design software.
• Make approved social media posts to company social media pages.

Must be:

• Great with Computers
• Have a great attitude
• Know how to use Social Media
• Know how to use MS Office 365 products
• Be outgoing and professional
• Be able to work online with minimum supervision
