What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism or associated profession is required, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• 3 years relevant professional experience in brand communications with proven success leading, developing, and managing communications programs.
• Fluent English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to work across function, geography and other segments and build networks for the rapid advancement of business initiatives.
• Event planning experience
• Agency management and design experience is a plus

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Plan and execute Communication Strategy for Mars Pet Nutrition Mexico.
• Coordinate internal brand and corporate activations, initiatives, through compelling storytelling, community engagement, and stakeholder relations.
• Support budget management for Corporate Affairs area in partnership with finance and budget owners, ensuring delivery of budget targets.
• Lead the internal associate’s activities to drive passion for pets.
• The job holder needs a proven experience at leading the planning and implementing highly successful communications and engagement strategies and campaigns
