Mars Marketing Internship Experience is a program that seeks to give University students like you a consistent and high-quality professional experience; where you can experience the unique culture that sets Mars apart. This program is project-based, with real deliverables and responsibilities, as they are connected to our business objectives. During the program, you would experience a formal evaluation process for the projects every 6 months, and at the end of your studies and if you proved to be a true Marsian during the program, you will have the opportunity to stay and work with us!

What are we looking for?

• Engineer/Finance or similar bachelors students

• Estimated graduation date in Summer/December 2024

• Advanced Inglish

• Analytical Skills

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Assist brand’s strategy considering sustainable, accelerated, and profitable shape

• Collect and analyze market, consumer, and brand data, to support and develop the activity set and portfolio management for local market within the brand plan

• Analyze and review brand performance shaping business recommendations

• Lead and Implement projects assigned, supported by on-going performance analysis, portfolio management during internal process
