  Establish solid foundations and lead Digital Transformation Project deployment of pet professionals initiatives.

  Analyzes today’s starting point at Vet Services, Royal Start & eVet participants and plan the desired scenario with clear times and actions. Defines Action Plan from designing to deployment of Criterias, WOW’s and KPI’s. Coordinates Project stakeholders to support them (Ops & Responsibles) + Rewards Control. Define Merchandising service strategy and WOWs. Plan effectiveness report. Make sure every associate and process steps are aligned to strategy and under control.

  Ensure training programs to deploy pet professionals’ initiatives with all Sales Force Associates.
  Evaluate Associates with and certified knowledge. Design and deploys customer reward model and associates incentives. To achieve results through customers and associates with a clear engagement plan.

  Create tools needed for the visibility of operation and performance.
  

  Manage Service Beyond the Product (SBP) requirements. Establish clear KPIs and measurement mechanisms. Grants the materials and tools for the team to develop their activities.
