Credibility Deployment (Manager/Technical) has always played a critical role in the delivery of our scientific message to all stakeholders. These stakeholders include internal stakeholders (associates) and external stakeholders include (but not limited to) veterinarians, Key Opinion Leaders, breeders, and pet owners

As part of the Importer Business Unit, the job holder is responsible for the development of Mexico Market scientific communication Execution; through Training, Contents , Events; while ensuring that this is aligned with the regional priorities and helping drive

• Bachelor of Veterinary Science (or Equivalent) In clinic experience (preferably 2+ years) as practitioner. Veterinary Industry Experience desirable.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written)

• Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)

• Ability to work alone without close supervision but also able to function well as a team player

• Veterinary/Scientific knowledge important.

• Evidence of external veterinary and scientific networks desirable

• Marketing and sales strategy (essential)

• Develop & present technical/product/nutritional presentations to key internal and external stakeholders to disseminate information regarding Mars Brands and pet nutrition knowledge

• Organize local events such as National Tour, Vets Symposium

• Develop and execute the Regional strategy with brand ambassadors (internal or external)

• Provide technical/product support to key areas of the business including customer care, regulatory affairs and sales & marketing teams
