MARS Looking for Customer Service Support at Auckland City, Auckland Full Time

We are looking for an experienced Customer Services Representative to join our Supply Chain Team. We are looking for a team player with accurate data entry and attention to detail. This is a key role within the business, where the successful candidate will be responsible for processing orders as well as promotional and pricing claims and resolving customer queries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processes all claims received by EDI, phone and email channels in a timely manner
• Answers calls and email queries from internal and external customers
• Liaise with Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, freight and warehouse suppliers as required
• Builds sound business relationships internally and externally through service responsiveness and applying customer and promotional knowledge
• Broader Supply Chain stretch projects for the right candidate
