MARS Looking for Senior Brand Manager at Auckland City, Auckland Full Time

Take true ownership and deliver in this stand alone role. This is an opportunity for an experienced professional to be a key leader within the marketing team and across the business with ambition to grow within Mars New Zealand.

Working within a highly engaged team and working on one of our most exciting portfolios – confectionary, you will participate in preparation, execution and evaluation of the defined activity plan which will include communication, vibrant promotions and other stand out projects in order to achieve business goals. You will act as the key link between marketing, category and sales teams to achieve a high standard of activity execution in market.

What are we looking for?

• Ideally experience within FMCG industry and in a similar role
• Experience in end-to-end marketing mix (NPD, brand comms ATL & BTL, price architecture
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability work with & lead cross-functional teams
• An up and coming leader with ambition beyond this role
• Bachelor’s degree

What would be your key responsibilities?

• Long-term strategic planning for the portfolio of confectionery
• Develop and implement growth initiatives to support delivery of the portfolio financial shape
• Utilise data from various sources to identify opportunities & challenges, with recommendations to address
• Lead the ATL creative & media planning for the portfolio
• Work closely with our category team to drive insights & actions across the portfolio
