Wellnz is a leader in human risk consultancy. We work closely with our employers to support their people with: injury management, return to work support for non-injury factors (illness, mental health), injury prevention, early intervention and other wellbeing services. We will count on you to:

• Case management of a portfolio of clients

• Management of claims to meet the Client Service Level Agreements, ACC Audit Standards, legislation and Wellnz’s commitment to quality

• Providing day to day coordination of a claims management support team

• Promote the healthy and safe working environment

• Identify new business opportunities

What you need to have:

• Strong customer focus

• The ability to communicate effectively with people from all walks of life

• Excellent relationship building skills

• Strong clinical and ACC legislative knowledge

• Self-motivation and confidence to work independently

• Ability to travel

• Solid decision making skills

• Experience with the ACC Accredited Employer Programme, ACC case management or a relevant tertiary qualification in business, health or rehabilitation is desirable. Consideration will be given to comparable experience and/or education.
