To strengthen our growing regional business in Singapore, we are looking for talent to join our Mercer Workforce and Careers business as a Benefits Analyst

This is an entry-level position where you will be immersed in a diversified working environment, involving client-facing as well as analytical/intellectual activities.

What can you expect?

• The successful candidate will work with the Senior Team Members with focus on Benefits and having exposure across key industries in APAC.
• Manages client queries and relationships by way of interactions both in person and virtual effectively. and will eventually grow to become a  key client point of contact for all clarifications and queries.
• Provides analytical support on benefits and sharing industry level insights and trends.

Proactively learn on how to address multiple client queries, operational queries using Mercer tools & resources with the internal and external stakeholders on running custom polls & surveys, defining the structure, work with internal parties to help the survey go live, review results outcome, and ensure timely report delivery to the clients.

• Involves in customized project works such as benefits redesign, valuation, benchmarking, etc.

We will count on you to

• Project manages APAC benefits surveys (MBM) concurrently and be held accountable for the project management of surveys delivery
• Involves with data collection, validation and communication with internal and external clients, writing surveys /industries insights and project management documentation (where necessary)
• Adheres to Survey Operations and Mercer’s project management standards and adopts methodology and documentation standards for all surveys managed
• Provides technical support to internal and external clients and respond to client queries regarding products, services and solutions pertaining to the surveys
• Undertakes peer review of surveys (ensuring pre survey publication complies and adheres to the global and local peer review standards)
• Conducts statistical analysis and data interpretation related to survey operations/client queries where necessary

• Keeping up to date on developments within the HR space and across companies.
• Builds a holistic understanding of Mercer offerings across Lines of Business and identify opportunities to upsell these to clients based on their requirements.

What you need to have: 

a) Knowledge/background

• Bachelor degree holders with strong academic track-record in HR / Analytics / Business / Compensation and Benefits.
• Strong interest in data analysis & benefits data, sales/revenue records, workforce distribution
• Keen to build relationships with clients (mostly HR professionals)

b) Experience

• 0-2 years of experience – HR/Benefits-related consulting is preferred”
• Strong aptitude for data analytics
