Marsh is seeking candidate to join our team: Personal Lines Risk Advisor. This role is open to applicants based in New Zealand.

Prime responsibility:

To work with our Insurer partners to provide personal lines insurance solutions & assistance to both our internal & external customers including administration, technical support and business development through the accurate, efficient and timely production of all policy and related documentation.

In this role, you will be responsible for the duties:

Account Administration Support;

• Providing outstanding customer service to both our internal & external customers.
• Servicing of small client accounts with assistance as required from senior members of the branch team.
• Support outstanding working relationships with insurers.
• Adhere strictly to the Company’s Quality practices and other systems and procedures.
• Comply fully with the Company’s errors and omissions avoidance policy.
• Other duties as may be required from time to time.

Skills & Experience;

• Excellent computer skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to organise and prioritise effectively.
• A flexible, self-motivated, adaptive and responsive approach.
• Ability to work proactively and independently both as an individual & as part of a large team. Ability to work in a challenging environment.
• Minimum of 4 years Personal Lines experience in the insurance industry.
• Work towards professional qualifications.

We are looking for someone with:

• Level 5 NZ certificate of Financial Services (preferred).
• Associate membership of ANZIIF and Certified Insurance Professional (CIP).
• Qualified Practising Insurance Broker (QPIB) status.
