Education/Licensure/Certification/Experience/Skills Requirements
BA or MBA in Healthcare Administration, business field with strong skills in computer software programs
Possess strong interview, critical thinking, negotiation, collaboration and written and verbal communication skills
Experience in advanced use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Power Point
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to work independently and exhibit effective time management skills
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of hospital staff and physicians
Ability to work as a patient advocate to ensure a patient centered focus
Ability to use standard office equipment and supplies
Capable of job training and teaching Medical Center and Department policies and procedures
