Prior office experience is required. Prior healthcare or chiropractic office experience is preferred. Being able to multitask is a requirement, and being comfortable with a to-do list that ebbs and flows throughout the day is a must.

Impeccable patient service comes first, procedures come second, but being EFFICIENT is what the game is all about! We do not get a second chance at our interactions with patients or many of the tasks we perform, so accuracy is important.

We will train you well on how to apply your DYNAMIC personality and attention to detail to our scripts and tasks! Please only apply here and do NOT call our offices as we are serving patients.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Create a warm, welcoming environment at the front desk! We are NOT a sterile office environment

• Attentiveness and direction of our patients’ schedules, and doctors’ time

• Financial consultations with patients to help them afford the care they need and want

• Basic mathematics and statistics

• Interacting with 50 – 100 existing, new and potential patients PER DAY with love and enthusiasm

• Explaining the value of chiropractic

• Referring new patients into the office

• All basic reception duties

• All basic office and administrative duties

Qualifications and Skills:

• Two-year AA degree or equivalent is minimum educational requirement as well as two years prior office administrative experience

• Positive attitude with a great self-starter work ethic

• Someone who enjoys challenges and will take initiative

• Likes to train and always get better at what they do

• Well spoken and written

Benefits:

• Negotiated base salary $43-$45k annually with performance bonuses (additional $0-20k annually!)

Schedule:

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 8am-6pm (36 hours)

• Thursday training for 4-8 weeks from start date (4 hours)

• After initial training period, schedule is 4 nine hour week days, with 1 weekday off and weekends off

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
