Position SummarySupervise operational activities which may include pit and/or plantproduction (secondary processing plant), plant maintenance, and mobileequipment in one of our plants.RequirementsResponsible for training and development of team, scheduling, performancemanagement, and effective leadership of hourly workforceSuccessfully implement the Company’s safety and environmental processesSuccessfully lead and manage to established production, safety, andenvironmental objectives and metrics.Other duties as assignedBachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mining, Civil), Business, orequivalent experience required2+ years’ experience in aggregate operations with understanding of mineralprocessing equipment such as crushers, screens, conveyors, andassociated mobile equipmentMinimum 1 year supervisory experience in a mining environmentExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsProficient on PC to include MS Office suite; Aggflow or other similar a plusExperience with pit design/exploration, drilling, blasting, inventorycontrol, inventory measures and customer service preferredAbility to work flexible schedule as required; including nights and weekendsBilingual Spanish a plusCompensation: Starting at $72,000+. Starting wages depend on skills,knowledge and experience.
