Position Summary:This position will be responsible for developing and implementing MartinMarietta’s operational excellence. The role will focus on strategicplanning, employee engagement and development. The candidate will supportall activities assigned that will help support continued growth for MartinMarietta.Key requirements:Organizing Boot CampsOrganizing/ managing other trainings (crusher inspections)Tracking operational excellence value/ progress / financialsList/value of improvementAudit results by siteTrack plant improvementsManage KPI and dashboards (Send out weekly to plant managers)Build Monthly presentationsPerform and/or manage operational excellence auditsDaily crusher inspectionsCORE input accuracyCSSManaging with KPI’sTPH/Tonnage scoreboardsPM TimelinessOperator ReportsDrill LogsMine Plans complete/followingHelp build/manage plant lube manualsHelp implement maintenance management – work order process/ PM’s setup/work with office managers and mechanicsWork with mobile equipment specialist on mobile management planAnalyze downtime by equipment /by plant/other – help come up with strategyinitiatives to fix-trackHelp roll out/organize/train crusher inspections – 1st corporate initiativeAudit/track department 10 usageManage/drive blasting parameters/shot report card projectQualifications and Requirements:3+ years in the mining or construction industry preferredBachelor’s degree preferredExperience managing projects, tasks, dead-lines, and priorities in afast-paced organization.Exhibits critical thinking and problem-solving skills with demonstrated rolemodel skill in software use, computer literacy and communication/customerservice.Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as facilitate team-basedworking sessions managing multiple priorities.Compensation: Starting at $90,000 – $100,000. Wages depend onskills, knowledge and experience.
