Weekend Shift Associate

A Weekend Shift Associate is responsible for operating manufacturing equipment, using hand and power tools, and working in a team based environment building custom, made to order doors for valued customers. The Weekend Shift works 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. These Associates will receive an additional $2.00/hour shift differential. Positions starting ASAP!

You will:

• Must be dependable, motivated with a commitment to performing quality work
• Wood working experience and manufacturing background is preferred
• Willing to rotate into any position needed including but not limited to the dock, pre-processing, warehouse and assembly areas
• Assist as needed with any and all manufacturing processes needed for this weekend shift
• Ability to follow demonstrated steps to produce to a general specification
• Check for quality accuracy based on quality guidelines
• Ability to perform autonomous maintenance on equipment
• Use of essential tools including electric, manual, and air tools; use of measuring equipment
• Ability to read labels and customer orders
• Ability to work with computers and ICIM program
• Able to work effectively with others
• Some operators may require the ability to use lift equipment and obtain a required license
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to build doors to specifications
• Able to be cross-trained in multiple positions and work as a team player
• Responsible for learning and completing tasks in several departments with a focus on quality

You are a good fit if:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• General experience with computers is preferred

Schedule:

6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
