Más Vale Saber is looking for a Community Manager to work 100% from home and be responsible for acting as the face and voice for our brand and our customer’s brands, as well as manage all community communications including phone, email, chat, texts and other methods of communication. Customer service, leadership and sales training will be provided to set you up for promotion and leadership opportunities.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be tech-savvy, possess above average graphic design and video editing skills to create engaging content on the fly, have excellent time management and remarkable communication skills (written and verbal) to persuade consumers, have strong customer service skills to moderate online and offline conversations with the community, and demonstrate strong knowledge of social media and marketing best practices.

You will have massive amounts of support including software, tools, and technology to increase your efficiency and productivity, as well as access to online training to develop your skills as a professional and set you up for promotion and leadership opportunities in marketing, sales, creative or other departments. The ideal candidate seeks leadership opportunities including a 6-month promotion to a marketing specialist.

Performance Objectives

• Posts daily and grow followers across social media accounts.
• Add new connections weekly across personal account.
• Maintain a 1-hour response time by answering comments, messages, and other interactions.
• Generate engagement, website visits, leads, and other relevant campaign metrics.

Responsibilities

• Post on personal and business accounts.
• Write copy for posts.
• Take selfies, videos, or go live when needed.
• Design graphics when needed.
• Edit videos when needed.
• Share posts to groups.
• Respond to comments, messages, and other interactions.
• Create and manage email newsletter.
• Create and manage KPIs report.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Specs

• Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, English, journalism, or related field.
• Computer with 8GB RAM, i5 processor, and internet speeds above 30MB as a minimum.
• Over 1 year of work experience in Community Management, Copywriting, Marketing, or related field.
• Over 1 year of work experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum or group, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series, and/or writing email newsletters).

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Experience with Asana, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and SEO preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of online marketing.
