Más Vale Saber is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to work 100% from home to be responsible for recruiting candidates for our agency, as well as small businesses and large brands like Marriott, Hilton, etc.

To succeed in this role you will need to recruit candidates, conduct interviews, assess and qualify candidates, create reports, and communicate clearly in English to ensure clients are hiring candidates through weekly accountability video calls with them.

You will have massive amounts of support including software, tools, and technology to increase your efficiency and productivity, as well as access to online training to develop your skills as a professional. The ideal candidate seeks leadership opportunities including a 6-month promotion to a Human Resources Manager.

Performance Objectives:

• Generate the required number of candidate applications to hit projected targets.
• Qualify candidates effectively to reduce scheduled interview no shows and hit projected targets.
• Hit hiring goals.

Responsibilities

• Create job post descriptions.
• Posts jobs online.
• Screen candidates.
• Schedule interviews
• Onboard and train new and existing hires.
• Create and manage reports.
• Conduct weekly accountability calls with customers (English and Spanish).
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Specs

• Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Computer with 8GB RAM, i5 processor, and internet speeds above 30MB as a minimum.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Administration.
• Over 1 year of work experience in Human Resources.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Experience with HubSpot, Asana, and Zoom.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $12,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month
