Mastech Digitals Hiring for HR Coordinator at Remote Full Time

• Duties:

The Resource Coordinator is a part of the Professional Services Operations Team with the primary responsibility of coordinating the end-to-end process for contingent resources related to the delivery of professional services and presentations to HMH clients while building expertise in assigned areas to support field resources.
The Resource Coordinator processes requests from the services team and sales team on a daily basis in relation (but not limited) to onboarding, system access and resource assets.
This role works closely with the services and sales teams, Finance and Indirect Procurement.
It also partners with the Operations Specialist Team and Services Enablement while working as a liaison to the vendor for payroll processing.

• Reviews the WAND queue for the assigned portfolio of resources in an expedient manner in order to approve resource labor and expenses in adherence to payment policy.

Ensures accuracy of resource labor and expense submissions, monitoring against event information in Salesforce, checking for duplicate charges, inconsistencies, correct rate application, etc.

• Assists in all aspects of onboarding and termination requirements, including processing requests through Pro Unlimited and Indirect Procurement, requesting the addition/removal of access to all internal systems.

Maintains resource database for Resource Coordination Team to access information for contact, system, and asset tracking, and all associated documents, keeping all records up to date.

• Manages the Egencia queue for the assigned portfolio of resources in an expedient manner in order to approve travel requests while adhering to travel policy and aiming at maximizing efficiency while minimizing costs.
• Reviews Pro Unlimited and Egencia reporting on a weekly and monthly basis for inconsistencies, correct allocation of charges and irregularities in order to ensure proper billing and accurate reporting. Posts reviewed reports in a timely fashion ensuring financial month-end and quarter-end deadlines are met.
• Other tasks or projects as assigned by manager or director.
