Job Title

Senior Analyst, Total Rewards

Overview

The role will work as part of the global total rewards team, supporting Mastercard compensation programs analytics and execution.

Role

• Support range of compensation programs including Mastercard’s annual and semi-annual compensation planning process, market pricing life cycle, job evaluation program and more

• Annual and semi-annual cycle responsibilities include but are not limited to, data analytics, validation, system setup, planning support, communication, and participation in audits.

• Support the Total Rewards Consultants and Total Rewards Management; on job evaluations, compensation analysis, job offer and other projects

• Support People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition with all compensation related inquires

• Coordinates updating our HRIS system (Workday) with the systems team.

• Conducts analysis and other ad hoc items as necessary.

All About You

• Advanced excel, data analytic and communication skills

• Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks to completion simultaneously

• HRIS experience (Workday preferred)

• Prior experience running company merit/bonus cycles

• Is comfortable working in faced paced environment and is comfortable with ambiguity (Can effectively cope with change, shift gears comfortably, decide and act without having the total picture)
