Permanent Full Time Contract
The Human Resources (HR) Department provides advice and support to all staff and managers throughout the hospital campus in relation to all areas within the HR field. We operate a friendly/professional and an open door system for all staff to seek advice through individual sections within HR. We aim to give managers and staff the tools to do their jobs in the most efficient manner with a view to ensuring they maximise the patient journey through the hospital.
Job Purpose:
As a member of the HR Services Team to assist in the operation and development of a quality HR service ensuring an efficient and effective service to the HR Department, Hospital Management and Staff. Full Job Description attached.
