Matrix Labour Leasing Ltd. Hiring For Administrator (Manufacturing) at High River, AB Full Time
Matrix is hiring a qualified candidate for our manufacturing client in High River. This role is a 6-month contract with the potential to go longer. A Manufacturing Admin will be responsible for the inner workings of the plant and possibly assist in all areas.
Duties and responsibilities:
General:
- Collaborate and support Production Supervisor and Maintenance with data management, analytics, and reporting.
- Maintains a binder of current role procedures.
- Maintains chronological files and annual archives.
- All other tasks are required for the smooth and efficient running of the office.
Administration:
- Create and maintain Maintenance JHA, SOP, and SWIs
- Manage the Plant-wide SWI Audit program
- Provides administrative support to the Operations Manager as required
- All production data entry and reporting as required
- Maintains Safety KPI reporting
- Assists the HR Coordinator and the Health & Safety Specialist as required
- Provides support to the plant team as required
Other Duties:
- Cross-Trained as a backup for QC testing
- Cross-trained as a backup for administration for the Manufacturing Clerk
Qualifications:
- Office Administration certificate from a recognized educational institution and two years of related experience.
- Ability to flex time as required
- Complete Company Standards Testing
- Requires personal vehicle
