What you need to know
We are seeking an energetic, IT savvy Recruitment Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a new role developed to support Matrix as we continue to grow and expand our service offerings to candidates and clients.
The Recruitment Administrator can be based in Waterford or Athlone. Training full time in office for first 2 weeks and then going forward 3 days per week are required in the office and 2 days per week working from home. Hours are 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
· Undertaking assigned projects, general administration duties and support to Recruitment Managers and Consultants
· Answering the telephone and dealing with any questions and queries in a timely manner
· Recruitment administration: processing CVs and uploading CVs to CRM, application follow ups, ad-hoc sourcing etc.
· Advertising and managing job ads for recruitment consultants
· Providing support and administration for the marketing team (campaign admin, marketing materials etc)
· Supporting consultants in preparing mailshots, client information, business development, recruitment materials and contracts/relevant paperwork
· Maintaining housekeeping, phones, computers shredding, health & safety etc
· Manage and liaise with our third-party IT provider
· Ensuring that all admin and recruitment activities are carried out in accordance with current employment legislation, GDPR and internal Matrix company policies
· Ensuring a great candidate and client experience
· Ad hoc duties as required by management
What are we looking for?
· Two years’ experience in an administration function, preferably within a busy office
· Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills
· High level of Microsoft Office and IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook & SharePoint)
· Self-motivated, a forward thinker with the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a busy team
· Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines with excellent attention to detail
· High achiever with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Strong interest in the recruitment industry
Desirable:
· 3rd level Qualification in related discipline
· Aptitude or interest in IT and marketing
