What Your Impact Will Be

• Planning, execution, optimization, and reporting media campaigns for specific toys category in partnership with the media agency KPI driven.
• Integrate TV, offline and digital media plans for consistency and efficiency.
• Understand Mattel’s audiences and analyze their behaviors and interests for better segmentation.
• TV Networks yearly negotiation aligned with Mattel’s strategy.
• Media and global creative adaptation agencies management
• Plan and capitalize on Mattel’s owned content
• Drive, Execute, and monitor Innovation proposals and tests.

What We’re Looking For:

• Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves

• Analytical & logical Thinking for Media Analysis.
• Experience on agencies’ management.
• Experience working and collaborating with other areas.
• Experience in digital media: search, social, display, etc.. management and KPI reporting.
• Passionate for Digital Marketing.
• Experience with budget management.
• Experience working across LATAM teams.
• Advanced English Level
