Job Highlights
-Industry: IT Tech
-Location: Kaki Bukit/ Ubi
-Working days: 5 days’ work week
-Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Job Responsibilities: –
-Provide administrative support for sales and ops team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
-Keep track of inventory and ensure accuracy of records
-Perform documentation and filing duties
-Generate and collate reports
-Source for viable vendors and request for quotations
-Liaise with vendors on projects and track project milestones to ensure timely delivery
-Handle customer queries on all platforms including emails, tickets, chats and social media
-Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
-Support ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned
Job Requirements: –
-Excellent communication and writing skills
-Meticulous, excellent record keeping and documentation skills
-Good customer service skills
-Positive working attitude
-Willing to learn new skills
-Some background in IT helpdesk preferred
