Data Entry Associate – Millwood, NY

Put your career into high gear with Mavis Discount Tire! We’re looking for a full-time Data Entry Associate to join Team Mavis at our office in Millwood, New York. With nearly 825 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest, independently-owned tire sales and automotive repair chains in the USA.

Responsibilities:

· Assist with system updates and data entry

· Faxing, Filing, and Copying functions

· Answer phones and assist with employee questions and/or concerns

· Research, analyze, and resolve discrepancies

· Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

· Strong attention to detail

· Good verbal and communication skills

· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment

· Computer Proficiency

This position requires attention to detail, a team orientation, pc skills, software program familiarity, a pleasant disposition, and acceptable work history.
