In addition Maxsip Healthcare partners with nursing homes to provide them with a system that enhances patient quality of life through communication solutions.

We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter with a strong sales background to work in our west coast territory.

Position Summary

• Manages all aspects of sales and accounts in an assigned geographic area according to policies and procedures, and federal/state requirements.
• Solicits input before providing sales quotes.
• Clearly articulates (both verbally and in written form) what services Maxsip will provide under the contract scope.
• Manages the process of securing signed contracts and all relevant documentation before and following contract execution.
• Provides leadership, support, and guidance in transition to Client Success to ensure contract terms and customer expectations are met.
• Train on Maxsip sales process, operations, and systems to acquire an in-depth understanding of the sales role within Maxsip.
• Is fiscally prudent and accurately projects revenue and expenses related to opportunities.
• Regularly markets Maxsip services to prospective clients, successfully closes deals and generates revenues that meet organizational goals.
• Consistently maintains a professional demeanor and ethical standards in all business and social interactions to portray Maxsip positively.
• Develop a territory growth plan and provide updates on progress vs. plan. Ensure all updates are effectively managed through the CRM tool.
• Meet client timelines and deliverables for installation via close coordination with operational stakeholders.
• Perform other related duties as assigned including participation in company meetings, communications, and events.
• Meet with prospective clients to secure their business. Execute appropriate follow-up client meetings to complete the sales process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and track record required. Degree in management (or a related field) is highly preferred.
• Three to five years of experience in sales required. With a minimum of two years in long-term care, senior living or healthcare industries preferred.
• Self-starter, capable of leading, directing, and supporting a team in a diverse environment with highly developed interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
• Must be able to relate professionally and positively with staff and healthcare facility executives utilizing excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and management skills.
• Travel is required for account visits and participation in client activities.
• Willingness to relocate and live in the assigned market.
• Must submit to a Motor Vehicle Check and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to meet sales goals, manage territory, create and deliver presentations, adhere to performance management metrics, build relationships, emphasize excellence, negotiate contracts, manage profitability, drive results, and plan sales strategies.
• Skilled in positively partnering with the customer success team.
• Basic to intermediate computer and CRM skills (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
• Ability to maintain records and complete reports as required, including web-based reporting.
• Negotiation, communication, sales leadership, financial acumen, and computer skills are critical to the success of this role. The ability to work efficiently and independently is essential.
• This role will have a multi-state territory. Willingness to travel is a must.
