Our Wellington office is looking for a curious team player, with a growth mindset and a passion for all things digital media.

About the role

As a Digital Manager at MBM, you will support digital relationships with clients by contributing and executing the digital media strategy, planning and buying effective campaigns whilst overseeing the digital implementation.

Our ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience working in media and sound knowledge of the digital landscape. You have hands on experience with DSP’s including DV360, Google AdWords and Meta as well as Google Analytics (and have valid certs).

What you will do

• Work with clients to maximise their digital activities and manage their accounts through regular WIP attendance, contact reports and opportunity identification
• Oversee the input of internal specialists, both delivery partners (platforms team, implementation team) as well as project teams (SEO, Analytics, Content)
• Take briefs and develop strategic approach to digital plan, with Directors support on framework, measurement plan and audience strategy
• Source target audience information and insights to help develop the media strategy and plan.
• Finalise the strategy and implementation plan; present this and the campaign rationale to the client.
• Identify appropriate media partners, sites and/or platforms to use
• Liaise with creative partners and contribute to creative material development
• Deliver an in-depth understanding of digital tools and platform opportunities to set robust measurement and targeting options
• Oversee the campaign and platform implementation, taking accountability for buying application of the audience strategy

About you

• 3+ years industry experience
• DV360, Google AdWords and Google Analytics certified (and/or experienced & willing to become certified)
• Able to prioritise workload to ensure work of the greatest importance to the business is undertaken with urgency and to a high standard
• Support and help develop a positive workplace culture
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Responsibly manage all business resources within accountability levels
