MCC Cleaning has an exciting opportunity of you to join our team and work with a professional cleaning company. We are currently seeking an Industrial Cleaning Team Leader for our industrial cleaning team. We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise their workload and have the ability to communicate effectively with clients, other employees and managers.

Main Responsibilities

• Deliver a consistent level of service within the company standards to the contract specification
• Direct and work with a team of cleaning operatives.
• Complete the required paperwork.
• Ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and in a timely manner to the required standards;
• To be aware of material expenditure and costs
• Responsible for work allocated to them, keeping within the specified detail of the job in hand
• Report to our Operations Manager on a regular basis.
• Ensure a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance and general cleanliness to comply with statutory and Company regulations, wearing company uniform as specified

Main duties associated with a cleaning contract i.e.

• Window Cleaning using pole washing system
• Stripping and Polishing floors
• Deep Cleaning of Client Premises
• High level cleaning
• Powerwashing

Additional Qualities

• Ability to work on own initiative
• Anticipate the needs of the client
• Be organised and have good time management skills
• Have a passion for attention to detail and systematic cleaning

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months cleaning experience and be fluent in the English Language, be able to work on their own initiative and have excellent people skills

The ideal candidate will have previous experience cleaning supervision and have knowledge in the use of chemicals and machines.

THE CANDIDATE MUSH HAVE SAFEPASS FOR THIS POSITION.

The candidate must have a clean driving licence and be over 25 years old.
