Cost Controls Specialist – ( 2104347 )
Job Overview:
Maintains Cost Reporting and Forecasting. Assists in the development and preparation of project specific tools. Helps identify trends that will affect the forecast. Assists change management efforts, including building cost estimates
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Understands the WBS/CBA and Project Chart of Accounts
Can properly reflect change orders / IIN’s into the cost control and reporting systems
Can maintain the change log
Can maintain a Back charge log/ assist in identifying and estimating Back charges
Demonstrate understanding of Earned Value Management principles for fixed budgets & approved changes
Understands Companies Cost & Progress Tools/Systems
Has basic understanding of Risk Analysis, can facilitate risk process
Can help maintain the risk/opportunity registers
Essential Qualifications and Education:
2-7 years cost controls related experience/ estimation with some contracts background.
Experienced on Onshore & Module Fab/Construction projects.
Experience on Canada & Modularization EPFC projects will be preferred.
