McDougall Auctioneers Ltd. is currently looking to hire a Corporate Secretarial Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be working in an open concept work environment at our Head Office in Emerald Park. This department operates at a fast and efficient pace and requires the following skills; general computer knowledge, a strong understanding of Microsoft programs, a willingness to learn and able to do so at a fast pace, professionalism, and the willingness to be a contributing member of a team environment.

This applicant would be working with our website software, VIN search programs, appraisal programs, and more. As we are the legal office and handle sensitive files, this applicant would be required to remain strictly confidential regarding every aspect of our business. Professionalism is mandatory in handling the content and files that come across the corporate desk.
