Position: Head of Product – CRM

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Lead the strategic direction and execution of our client’s CRM applications and processes, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.

• Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage the comprehensive portfolio of applications related to CRM, ensuring they are optimized for efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with the Freight business division, collaborating closely to ensure seamless integration and efficient digital processes.

• Operational Excellence: Provide oversight for the operations and development of CRM systems, including financial management, provider management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage proactively with internal and external stakeholders, translating business requirements into actionable strategies and solutions.

Key Requirements:

• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with SAP Cx and other relevant CRM systems is essential.

• Industry Expertise: Familiarity with various sales channels within the Transportation and Logistics sector is highly desirable.

• Strategic Thinker: Ability to formulate and execute strategic plans, driving innovation and continuous improvement in CRM processes and systems.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate effectively across both technical and business domains, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
