What you’ll be doing
- Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
- Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with design
department, inventorying stock, placing orders, and verifying the correct
distribution of this material within the sales team.
- Coordinating travel logistics and payment for trips of speakers, authors and special
guests for events and tradeshows.
- Supports sales team by providing sales data, new market trends, account analyses,
and new product information.
- Manage relationship between McGraw-Hill and suppliers and arranges monthly
payments.
- Assisting with tasks needed to keep a project or campaign running
smoothly.
- Updating client-facing advertising pieces, reports and presentations.
- Price review for import product and competitor’s analysis.
- Available to travel to assist with tradeshows and events Nationwide.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Direct marketing
- Coordination
- Project management
- Reporting research results
- Initiative and good disposition to help with assigned tasks.
- Planning
- Basic financial skills
- Office Suite management (Power Point, Word and Excel)
- Excellent grammar and spelling (in Spanish)
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in marketing, communication or a related field.
- Experience with events.
- English speaking (at least 80%)
