Job Description:

• Handle full HR spectrum
• Provide advisory support to the management for Human Resources related matters
• Keep abreast of employment laws and ensure compliance with employment legislation
• Oversee the full spectrum of employees’ lift cycles from onboarding to offboarding, including confirmation, promotion, and re-employment
• Oversee all other HR administrative work including compensation & benefits administration, work injury compensation
• Prepare HR related reports required by internal stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to streamline, consolidate, eliminate or enhance processes to drive efficiencies within the organization
• Ensures accuracy and completeness of workforce information
• Align HR policies, systems, structures, and work processes to strategic business goals
• Ensures compliance with key government legislative requirements and adherence to human resources policies and procedures
• Communicate and advise on all areas of human resources such as staff benefits, employee relations, and performance management

Additional Information:

• Min 3 years of relevant working experience
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software
• Great organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Able to work within a team and independently when required.
• Good knowledge of prevailing MOM regulations and local employment legislation.
• Meticulous and possess good communication and interpersonal skills
