About the role

We are currently seeking an experienced Contracts and Branch Administrator to join our high performing team in Hamilton. You’ll need to be prepared to hit the ground running building relationships and picking up systems with ease. The Finance & Planning Administrator will be involved with but not limited to:

• Raising, monitoring and updating dispatches on RAMM
• Processing end of month claims for all contracts
• Producing month end financial reports
• Maintaining supplier and customer relationships
• General Finance administration (purchase order, invoicing, accounts receivable)

Skills & Experience

• Finance administration
• Ability to build great relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Tech savvy and able to learn and utilise new technologies
• Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
